How do I place and order?

Simple. Head over to the product page of your choosing, select the quantity and size (if applicable) and select add to cart. Once you have added the items to your cart, you can view your cart by clicking the cart button in the top right corner of your screen. From here you can proceed to the checkout where you will presented with shipping and payment options.


How are payments captured?

All payments are captured online through our payment gateway Pay Fast. We currently support three payment options. Debit Card, Credit Card and InstantEFT.

What is InstantEFT?

Instant EFT is simple to use. Once you have checked-out and have been re-directed to Pay Fast's payment page. Select InstantEFT. You will then be presented with bank account details and a unique reference for your order which you can use on your online banking to pay for your order. Once you have completed the EFT, instantly your order will be confirmed!


Can I do a cash direct deposit for my order?

No. Unfortunately bank fees are deducted when a cash deposit is made. These fees are deducted from your payment you make for the order resulting in the order being short paid and rejected.


How long does delivery take?

Deliveries can take 3-4 working days. However, don't forget to add an extra working day for dispatch. (This is the time we require to make sure your goodies get to you all safe and sound!). We now also offer express delivery.


What is the cost of delivery?

Would we want to ship everything for free? Of course we would! But unfortunately we can't. To ease the pain of shipping we operate on simple rate based on local or national deliveries. The National Rate is R100.00. But remember, orders with a value after discounts over R500.00 receive free shipping!


When will a product be restocked?

We try to keep things in stock all the time! But sometimes things don't go to plan. Just pop us a message on our contact us page and we will be happy to give you an indication.


Can I pre-order products?

Only if the product allows it, this is indicated by the green pre-order product tag.


Can I review my products?

Of course you can! After receiving your order, you will receive a review request via email in order to review your products.


How does creating an account help me?

Creating an account simply stores your contact details and shipping address as well as whatever is in your cart. We do not store any payment information.


Do I need to create an account to purchase an item?

Of course not.


Why do I need to enter my cell phone number during checkout?

We have been in this business long enough to know that things happen and customers are not always available to receive their orders. That's why it is a requirement any order to be accompanied with a phone number so that the courier can contact you directly. We do not use your cellphone number for any other reasons.


Returns Policy

There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return. The benefits given by our Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), as well as any other applicable acts.

If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased, you can return the item(s) via courier to our offices at Unit 17, Quintessa, Akkerdal Close, Cape Town, 7570 within 30 days from the date of purchase.

We encourage you to return your parcel via The Courier Guy traceable courier services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Props & Collectibles.


Returns Policy Conditions

If you have changed your mind on a purchase we will exchange your item or refund you via EFT  provided that:


  • You return the item within 30 days (inclusive) from the date of purchase.
  • The item is in original condition:
  • In an unworn, unopened and unused state
  • In original packaging


Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. If you are not able to comply with these requirements, We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items.


Exchanges can only be exchanged for the same value of the purchase price of the item being returned.

Your item (s) that you wish to return needs to be sent back to our online returns address. If the alternative size or colour is no longer available, provided all the Returns Policy Conditions are met, a refund will be provided to you.


All return courier costs will be for your own expense and this will deducted from your refund amount.


What are discount codes?

Discount codes are a great way to save some cash, you can enter them at the checkout page. However there are a few important things to note.
1. Be weary of expiry dates on discount codes, use them before they expire.
2. All discount codes are non-refundable.
3. All discount codes do not apply to sale items unless stated otherwise.
